Nucleosome Occupancy Likelihood (FSU HsA375.ZmB73rg2) [from Bass & Dennis, FSU]

Florida State University (Bass, Dennis) SVM-prediction based on Homo sapiens line A375-trained model with Zea mays B73 RefGen_v2 sequence. These tracks contains predicted nucleosome occupancy scores produced by a computational model trained on empirical data. The model is a support vector machine classifier trained using microarray data from an MNase cleavage assay with human chromatin. A score of 0 indicates an uncertain assignment; a score of 1.0 corresponds to a confident prediction for being in the positive class (i.e., a position of frequent nucleosome occupancy), and a score of -1.0 corresponds to a confident prediction for being in the negative class. Different binning and smoothing used to plot at different bp scales can appear to "move" the zero line from one view to another.Please see the ref here
